If you have a policy you no longer need, you may either donate it to us or name us its beneficiary. If the policy has been paid for, you can apply an income tax deduction equal to the lesser of the cash values of the policy or the total premium paid. If the policy has not been paid for, your future gifts to the U.S.ENGLISH Foundation to pay for the premiums can be tax deductible.
You can name the U.S.ENGLISH Foundation an irrevocable owner and beneficiary of an insurance policy that you or your family no longer require. You can also choose to set up a life insurance gift by purchasing a new policy and naming the U.S.ENGLISH Foundation as the owner and beneficiary.
You can claim a charitable tax deduction in the amount of the cash value of this paid-up insurance policy or all of your premium payments i.e. charitable gifts will be tax deductible.
